LINE OF ALIMENTARY/INDUSTRIAL MILK OF 5000 LT.
Plant for the processing of 5000 lt./day of cow milk into:
- 2000 lt./day of packed fresh milk complete with storage tanks, pasteurizer, self-cleaning separator, homogenizer and packaging machine in plastic bottles of ½ lt. and 1 lt.
- 3000 lt./day of fresh milk in fresh cheese, semi-hard and ricotta complete with closed circular cheese-making vat , trolleys of curd discharge, pneumatic press and cradle vat for ricotta production, washing CIP device, thermic plant and refrigerating plant.

Plant for the processing of 20000 lt./day of cow milk into:
- 15000 lt./day into mozzarella for pizza in bar of 1000 grs. and 5000 grs.
- 5000 lt./day into mozzarella in balls form grs. 10 grs. 125 and grs. 250
Complete with two cheese-making vats of 5000 lt., a cradle cheese-making vat of 5000 lt.
Stretching and moulding line of mozzarella for pizza, stretching and moulding line for balls,
Closed hardening vat with CIP washing device and hemispherical double bottom vats for the production of ricotta.
